- We understand that small businesses are generally trapped into paying more for the goods and services they buy unlike their larger counterparts that can take advantage of volume discounts.
- We also know that you are besieged by the cost of government, taxes, mandates, unemployment, and burdensome regulatory agencies like OSHA.

Your Regional membership Director is the gateway through which you can access everything the NBOA offers. From communicating your concerns to networking to getting information for you, the Regional Membership Director who enrolled you is your customer service agent.
